ACRE of Beaver County was formed in 2006 by two Beaver County real estate investors and residents, Bradley Dornish and Deborah Roppo.

Mr. Dornish is a long time member, officer and director of ACRE of Pittsburgh, A Pittsburgh based association of Real Estate Investors with over 850 members. He is also a Pennsylvania licensed attorney, title insurance agent and real estate instructor, a director of the Pennsylvania  Residential Owners’ Association P.R.O.A., and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investors.

Mr. Dornish’s law practice is focused on representing real estate investors and small business owners, in legal matters from evictions to condemnations, construction and contract disputes. He operates a group of closing companies which close residential and commercial real estate transactions. He  frequently lectures to other lawyers on real estate matters, teaches real estate law classes for real estate brokers and agents through the Realtors’ Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, and offers seminars for Pennsylvania real estate investors on at least fifteen different topics. Mr. Dornish recently moved to Beaver County, and has commercial and residential real estate investments in both Allegheny and Beaver Counties.

Ms. Roppo is a lifelong resident of Beaver County, who is a licensed real estate agent. She works with real estate investors as well as owner occupant buyers and sellers of real estate in the area. She has managed over 100 commercial and residential rental units at a time, and currently  owns commercial and residential investment property, and does some of the renovations to her properties herself, as well as supervising contractors performing services for her .

Ms. Roppo is a member of ACRE of Pittsburgh, where she hosts its new subgroup for women in real estate, a member of the Beaver County Association of Realtors, and an owner of BD Productions, LLC, which produces seminars and recorded materials for real estate investors. She also maintains the books and financial records of five different Pennsylvania business entities in which she holds ownership.
